I'm a project & production coordinator in Berlin. I take things from concept to finished product — sourcing, production, budgets, and delivery, end to end.

A self-released album with an accompanying book and no distributor, so the whole chain was mine — from supplier selection through to customer support.

Selected the supplier for a non-standard format only they could produce, specified materials, binding and size, compiled and edited the book content, and proofed every print file. Built the shop and automated payment, order confirmation and routing to the supplier via API, then handled enquiries directly.

250 copies sold across three continents in five months, on a €5,000 budget that included an external PR agency — with fulfilment running without manual handling.

A film production and an artist touring programme running at the same time, each end to end and each on fixed delivery dates.

Owned scope, timeline, milestones, booking, promotion and delivery for both. I'm the single interface between the internal team and external partners — venues, technical suppliers, agencies, artists — and I follow up until every commitment is confirmed in writing.

Both programmes delivered on their fixed dates. I own the project budgets and report formally to public funders.

A residency programme for four participants running simultaneously in Taipei and Berlin, for an institutional partner.

Ran the programme from both ends: scheduling across the time difference, coordination in Mandarin and English, and reporting to the institutional partner.

The outcome was presented at Taoyuan Art x Technology Festival in 2023.
